Support over all Accounting transaction Support payments activities. Support utility systems daily operation (Electrical, Chiller, CDA, HVAC, Cleanroom, RO/DI & Wasted Water, Fire/Life Safety, Lift & Crane, Nitrogen) with control percentage of machine downtime not over target, supply smoothness utilities to production, energy consumption optimization. Provide service & job requested to internal customer with good service mind & safety practice. Assist supervisor & engineer to contact/control supplier & visitor. Utility systems & infrastructure maintenance on schedule and suggestion to update & improvement. Emergency Responsible Team (ERT). Other jobs assigned by supervisor.

Request BOI approval for machinery, raw materials, expansion or amendment of BOI privileges. Apply for exemption from import duty on machinery, raw materials, and import duty refund process. Apply for BOI approval. Coordinate with shipping companies for the import process of machinery, equipment, and raw materials. Prepare all documents and reports related to BOI concerns. Process for cutting material stock. BOI scrap according to the company's schedule. Coordinate with all related functions for smooth operation and problem solving. Perform other duties as assigned.

To develop plan, implement and maintain the management system for EH&S (Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety) at work such as process, procedures, work instruction, assessment, control, and monitoring program, etc. in compliance with legal requirements, company requirements, and other international standards. To develop programed to ensure the company's compliance with safety related laws and regulations, loss prevention standards & guidelines. To manage and lead the standardization and certification for ISO 14001, ISO45001. To work cross function with all departments such as HR, Engineering, Production, Quality, Facility Management to ensure that EH&S are up to all applicable standards and laws such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and 5S. To develop the procedures, work instructions and training outline and materials and conduct training related to building awareness, compliances and requirements related to EH&S for all employees such as safety awareness, health and hygiene, waste water management, etc. To perform risk & impact assessment (e.g., JSA, Hazard Analysis) and all complaints related to EH&S and monitor all actions to resolve the issues up to the applicable standard, laws, and regulations. To develop and produce the EH&S report system for effective planning and monitoring. To provide the EH&S programed relating to improving the quality of working environment and safety. To create and promote the various activities relating to increasing Safety and Environment awareness to organization. To be the in-house trainer for some relevant EH&S programed. To manage, coordinate and execute for the all required audits, inspections, reports, permits, documentation related to legal requirements, government. To carry out with group EH&S function, and cross functional teams for regular meeting or system audits as necessary. Support work assignments from immediate supervisor/manager. Creating, enacting, and updating job safety programmers for employees that encompass government health and safety regulations as well as company standards for safety in the workplace. Training employees on the importance of health and safety on the job.

Support the Finance Leader in managing day-to-day accounting activities. Collaborate with the tax specialist to prepare and submit PND.51 and PND.50 filings. Assist in the preparation of tax exemption (BOI) and tax refund documentation. Work closely with the statutory audit team, coordinate with the shared service center to provide audit materials, and address and resolve any audit findings in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet the requirements of the Revenue Department and BOI. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, ensuring effective control procedures across all aspects of the tax process. Provide guidance to operational teams to ensure business transactions are conducted in compliance with tax regulations and offer training to enhance awareness of tax compliance requirements. Assist in preparing tax reconciliation reports to support both external and internal audits. Collaborate with the tax advisor on the preparation and archiving of Transfer Pricing documentation. Explore automation opportunities and work with headquarters on projects aimed at enhancing the tax function through technology and digitization. Perform any other tasks assigned by leaders.
